What are the terms of your 14-day risk free trial? TalkParade provides you with a 14-day risk free trial. We will refund the activation fee (note: PRO SoftPhone activation fee is non-refundable), the cost of the first month of service and the shipping charges if you are not completely satisfied. You must cancel your TalkParade Service within fourteen (14) days of the day your account is activated to be eligible for the money back guarantee. Equipment must be returned and usage must not exceed 300 minutes within the first 14 days of service. You are responsible for any charges for non-included minutes, international calls, and directory assistance calls. Accounts exceeding 300 minutes of usage are not eligible for a refund.
